Products and Custom Orders
Many of our products are made to order and may be personalized according to the information and options selected by the customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, colors, models, and other personalization details before submitting an order.
Because our products are 3D printed, minor variations in color, texture, layer lines, or finish may occur. These are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
Personalized Products
Personalized and custom-made items are produced specifically for each customer. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Product Safety
Our products are not intended for children under 3 years old. Some products may contain small parts and can present a choking hazard. Children should use our products under appropriate adult supervision.
NFC Products
Information programmed into personalized NFC products is based on the information provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and current. NFC functionality can vary depending on the device, settings, and technology used.
Shipping
Processing and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. LuLo 3D Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.
Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.
Intellectual Property
The content, branding, photographs, graphics, and original materials displayed on this website belong to LuLo 3D Studio or are used with appropriate permission and may not be reproduced or used without authorization.
