Processing Time
All LuLo 3D Studio products are made to order. Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Personalized or larger orders may require additional processing time.
Shipping Rates
We currently ship within the United States.
• Standard Shipping: $5.99
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $50 or more
Shipping rates and free shipping eligibility are calculated automatically at checkout.
Delivery Time
Delivery time begins after your order has been processed and shipped. Carrier transit times may vary depending on the destination, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available after your order ships. Customers may also track eligible orders through Shop.
Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. LuLo 3D Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, when applicable, photos of the package and product so we can assist you.
